1. Sand trailing edges to shape.

2. Laminate wingtip pieces

3. Assemble lower spar, lower D-Box sheeting, trailing edge, and wingtip

4. Glue in wing ribs

5. Add R1b ribs to the center section

6. Install top wing spar

7. Install shear webs

8. Glue in upper D-Box sheeting

9. Glue lower front sheeting to ribs

10. Sand front of the D-Box sheeting

11. Install first leading edge strip

12. Install second leading edge strip

15. Finish sand wing panel and tips

17. Sand dihedral into wing roots

18. Join wing halves

19. Apply carbon tape to spars

C. Building the Pod

1. Laminate noseblock

2. Laminate pod bottom pieces

3. Install wing saddle reinforcement

4. Shape pod sides for the boom

5. Remove bulkheads from laser cut sheet

6. Glue bulkheads to right pod side

7. Glue on left pod side

8. Assemble wing bolt block

9. Install rear bulkheads and bolt block

10. Cut boom to length and sand boom

11. Fit boom to pod

12. Glue in bulkhead 6

13. Install pod bottom pieces

14. Install hatch

15. Shape and sand pod

16. Bevel wing saddle edges

17. Glass pod

D. Fit Wing to the Pod

1. Install carbon fiber wing pins

2. Drill wing bolt hole

3. Create hard point for wing bolt

4. Mount wing and check alignment

5. Make pod fairing for wing

E. Cover the Wing

F. Tail Surfaces

1. Mark center lines and cut lines

2. Sand leading and trailing edges

3. Apply finish to tail surfaces

4. Separate the control surfaces

G. Stab Mount Preparation

1. Check size of stab mount

2. Sand stab mount to fit boom

3. Round ends of stab mount

4. Removable stab mount

H. Join Stab Mount to Boom

1. Attach stab to stab mount

2. Do a dry run for supports

3. Glue stab mount to boom

4. Wrap with Spectra line

I. Join Fin to Boom

1. Cut slot into end of boom

2. Glue fin to boom

L. Equipment Installation

2. Fit the battery

3. Stretch pushrod tubing

4. Determine servo locations

5 Attach servos to pod sides

6. Install pushrods

7. Install ramp for pushrod tube

9. Install receiver and antenna

10. Install pushrod antenna (optional)
