Enduro Composite Models (ECM), has been in operation since 2005. ECM is a division of Dagen Technologies, LLC. Now based out of New York, we specialize in manufacturing high end R/C sailplanes. As ECM continues to grow, it will introduce other popular high performance models and expand our accessory line.

Method of Payment (MOP): At this time ECM does not take Credit Card orders, however we do accept PayPal orders, ALL PayPal USERS MUST HAVE A CONFIRMED ADDRESS. We also accept Money Orders and personal checks, and items will be shipped after checks have cleared. NY residents have to pay 7.25% in state sales tax.

General Shipping: We ship most of our orders via USPS Priority Mail®. Depending on your postal address, shipments usually takes 3 to 4 days for items in stock. All items are shipped with in 3 to 5 days from when the order is received. Other product in high demand or custom built such as the Apogee Elite will ship in two to six weeks. For orders that are very heavy or require a large box we will ship using FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery.
- Domestic: The shipping cost for Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico need to be calculated, please send your mailing address to info@flyecm.com
- International: All international shipping will be process via Global Express Mail (EMS), it includes insurance, processeing and exchange rate fee, and international discount. Other fees may aplay.
Returns: Items returned for reasons other than damage will be subject to a %15 processing fee.
Shipping Damage Or Packages Lost In The Mail: All merchandise is shipped insured. Notify us about the damage or loss and we will start the claim process. You will then be advised of the status of your claim.
Our Email and Privacy Policy: We do not share your private information with any other company. When you give us your Email address we do not share or sell it to anyone. We will send you an Email notification when we received your order. You will receive an Email notification when your order has been shipped. We do save your Email address in our ordering-customers mailing list. As a result of being on this list, you will receive our monthly (sometimes bi-monthly) newsletter. We will send you at most one or two Emails per month.
