Timing Rules

Truncate time to whole seconds.
• Time stops on contact with any ground-based object, or when buzzer sounds
• Glider must come to rest with nose in bounds, else the flight scores a zero
• If hand catching, both feet must be in bounds, else the flight scores a zero
• If glider is in the air at the buzzer, it must still land in bounds for that flight to score
• A launch which hits a person results in a zero score for the round
